CHOIRS GO TO AUSTIN/SAN ANTONIO FOR THE HOLIDAYS! On Friday, Dec. 18, 2010, the Bel Canto and Select Choirs went on a quick, Christmas "mini-tour" to Austin and San Antonio. At noon that day they caroled in the rotunda of the State Capital and that night sang from the river barges on the Riverwalk in downtown San Antonio. On Saturday, after enjoying a few hours at The Quarry shopping center, the choirs sang for a Christmas Bazaar on the grounds of the old historic Pearl Brewery in San Antonio. That evening they performed on stage at Six Flags Fiesta Texas and on Sunday morning the Select Choir sang for the worship service at First Baptist Church, San Antonio.
