Middle School Choirs

There are two choirs at China Spring Middle School; one for guys and one for girls. Each choir is made up of both 7th and 8th graders. Through the years both choirs have consistently won a Sweepstakes trophy at UIL Concert/Sightreading Contest held in the spring. They also have several members each year that are selected for the TMEA Middle School All-Region Choir. This year's auditions for that choir will be on Saturday, Jan. 24. All choir members are encouraged to audition for this prestigious choir. The Girls Choir performed several times during the fall semester, singing the China Spring Alma Mater for the choir Parents Meeting and again for the homecoming pep rally. They also participated in the Fall Concert the week before Thanksgiving. And along with the members of the Boys Choir, they presented a Christmas program for the residents of the Stilwell Retirement Center the week before Christmas.
